Every enquiry answered, even when you can’t.

Cruix builds AI assistants for your website. They answer questions, capture enquiry details, and book appointments straight into your calendar, day and night.

An example with a demo business: one conversation, three results.

Works with the tools you already use

Your website Google Sheets Gmail Google Calendar

An assistant built around your business.

Not a generic chatbot. Each assistant is set up with your services, your hours and your tone, then connected to the tools you already run.

Answers like your best receptionist

Customers get a clear answer straight away instead of waiting for a call back. It knows what you do, when you’re open, and what to say when it doesn’t know.

24/7

Always on

Nights, weekends and bank holidays, with nobody on call.

Every enquiry captured

Name, number and what they need, logged in a sheet you own and emailed to you at once.

Books real appointments

Checks your calendar for free slots and books while the customer is still chatting.

Stays inside the lines

You set the boundaries. They’re tested before launch.

No price quotes No legal or financial advice Urgent cases go to your phone

One line to install

The assistant is added to your website with a single script tag. No redesign and no new platform to learn.

<script
  src="https://widget.cruix.co.uk/chat-widget.js"
  data-webhook-url="https://…"
  data-company-name="Your Business"
  data-primary-color="#2f6f4f"></script>

See it working.

Two demo websites for imaginary businesses, each with a live assistant. Ask them anything, or try to book a visit.

A plumbing firm

An assistant that takes callout requests and knows when to send an emergency to the phone.

Try asking: “I’ve got a leak under my sink. Can someone come today?”

Open the plumbing demo

A fictional business, built to show the assistant.

sterlingandrowe-estates.netlify.app
Sterling & Rowe Estates

An estate agency

An assistant that handles viewing requests and books a time into a real calendar.

Try asking: “I’d like to view a three-bed house this week.”

Open the estate agency demo

A fictional business, built to show the assistant.

From first chat to live, in four steps.

A conversation about your business

A short chat about what you do, what customers keep asking, and what the assistant should never say.

Build and connect

The assistant is set up, linked to your sheet, inbox and calendar, and added to your website with a single line of code.

Test it together

You try it and anything you don’t like gets changed. It only goes live when you’re happy.

Looked after

A monthly plan covers hosting, small changes, and keeping it accurate as your business changes.

How Cruix works with you.

Your data stays yours

Enquiries go to your own spreadsheet and inbox. Cruix handles them only to run the service for you.

It stays inside the lines

You decide the boundaries, such as no price quotes and no advice. They’re tested before launch, and every enquiry is logged so you can see what customers asked.

Plain English, no jargon

You’ll always know what’s running, what it costs, and who to ask when you want a change.

No long lock-in

A three-month minimum, then month to month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.

A small studio, on purpose.

Cruix is a small UK studio run by one person, Tyrese Roberts. That means you talk to the person who built your assistant, and the same person looks after it afterwards.

It’s a new business, so every client gets real attention, not a ticket number. If something needs changing, you email and it gets changed.

Questions people ask.

How much does it cost?

There’s a one-off setup fee and a monthly plan. The price depends on what you need, for example whether you want calendar booking. Get in touch with a few details about your business and you’ll get a clear quote.

Do I need to change my website?

No redesign needed. Cruix adds one line of code to your site. If someone else looks after your website, they’re sent that line with a short instruction.

What if the assistant says something wrong?

Its boundaries are agreed with you and tested before launch. It’s set up never to quote prices, give advice or make promises unless you decide otherwise, and every enquiry is logged so you can see exactly what customers asked. If something needs correcting, it’s changed.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. With the booking option, the assistant checks your Google Calendar for free times and books the appointment during the conversation.

Where does my customers’ information go?

To your own Google Sheet and email inbox. Cruix acts as your data processor under UK GDPR, and the service agreement covers this. Conversations are processed by an AI service (Anthropic’s Claude) to write the replies.

How long is the contract?

A three-month minimum, then it rolls monthly. After the minimum term you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice, and email is fine.
